PLESFOLIO / TERMS
Terms of use
Last updated: 11 October 2026. These terms describe acceptable use of PNG SME Plesfolio.
About the platform
Plesfolio helps people discover Papua New Guinean businesses, browse their products and services, and contact them directly. Purchases, payments, delivery and service arrangements are made with the business; Plesfolio does not process these transactions.
Your account and listing
Manage only a business you are authorised to represent. Keep your account credentials private and your business information accurate, including contact details, location, opening hours and product descriptions.
Business portfolios are reviewed before publication. A published profile, IPA registration label or sponsored placement does not guarantee product quality, availability or a transaction outcome. Confirm details with the business before travelling or purchasing.
Photos and content
Upload only information and images you own or have permission to use. Do not publish another person’s private information without permission, misleading adverts, impersonation, abusive material or unlawful content.
You retain ownership of your content. Submitting content for publication allows Plesfolio to store, resize and display it as part of your listing and the platform’s discovery and sharing features.
Popup markets
A business owner may have one existing popup advert at a time. An existing draft or expired advert counts towards that limit; delete it before creating another.
Published adverts appear on their selected event date in the chosen PNG time zone. Owners should keep venue and event details accurate. Published event dates are fixed, and changing other published details requires unpublishing first. Automatic removal from public view does not delete the saved advert.
Plans and sponsored listings
The Plans page shows the current plan information. Paid plans are marked Coming Soon. Sponsored labels identify promotional placement; they are not endorsements or customer ratings.
Platform use and moderation
Do not attempt to access another owner’s private records, bypass account or upload limits, interfere with the service, or use it to send spam. Administrators may review listings and remove content from public view when it is inaccurate, inappropriate or violates these guidelines.
For account help, listing issues or questions, see Contact & help. Information about data handling is available in the Privacy policy.
